Fees and Policies
Mediation and private arbitration services are provided at an hourly rate of $300.00 per hour with a three hour minimum. Payment of $900.00 will confirm your date.
Flexible hours with early or late start times per your scheduling are available.
Daily rate for single or multiple hearings quoted upon request.
Reasonable rates for travel out of county, will travel south to Modesto, north to Redding, west to Vacaville and east to Lake Tahoe.
No file set up fee. No fee parking and dining close by.
